The 5000HD and 5500 air drills offer multiple bar configurations for adaptable row spacing, four-row tynes, and rubber and steel packing systems that improve the ride and apply less packing pressure in heavy, sticky soil conditions. And of course, they provide great depth control and placement accuracy.
The 5000HD air drill lets you put seed and fertilizer in the right place for faster, more even germination. It delivers accurate seed placement with on row packing. With a flexible frame and four bar configuration, the 5000HD brings precision to a wide variety of seeding conditions.
Available in the following widths: 33 ft (10.06 m) three section, 39 ft (11.9 m) three section, 45 ft (13.7 m) five section, 51 ft (15.6 m) five section and 57 ft (17.4 m) five section.
The Flexi-Coil 5500 air drill features a patented two-piece wing, with simple, parallel-circuit hydraulics, to minimize stress on the framework while ensuring depth accuracy. The air drill is available in 60 ft (18.3 m) at 7.5 in (191 mm), 10 in (254 mm) and 12 in (305 mm); while the 70 ft (21.3 m) is available at 10 in (254 mm) and 12 in (305 mm) row spacings.
Split-row tine configurations in spacings of 10 in (254 mm) or 12 in (305 mm) give you a smooth field finish with conventional C-shanks using the same proven trip design.
